Create a Community token DAO
Follow the steps below to create a new Community Token DAO or create a Community Token DAO using an existing token. For more info on Community Token DAOs, visit the concepts page.
Prerequisites
Before you can create a Community Token DAO, make sure you have completed the following:
- Download Google Chrome
- Install the Station Chrome Extension
Connect your wallet to Enterprise

Sign in to your Station wallet using the Station Browser Extension.

To connect your wallet to Enterprise, click the wallet icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

Select Station Wallet.

If needed, click approve in the Station extension.
You are now connected to your wallet. Before you continue, make sure your network is set to the mainnet.
Create a new Community Token DAO

Click on the plus sign on the left side of the screen and select Community Token DAO.

Input a name for your DAO and upload a logo. Click Next.

Enter your token parameters, including decimal places, a token name, and a token symbol. Click Next.

Enter the wallet addresses you want to receive the initial distribution of tokens. Be sure to specify the amount each wallet will receive. Click Next.

Enter a token description, a token logo URL, the address of the marketing owner, and a project name. Click Next.

Define your threshold, quorum, unlocking period, and vote duration parameters. Click Next.
After creation, general parameters can only be updated using a DAO configuration proposal.

Enter any social media links you wish to add. Click Next.

Input the password for your Station browser extension wallet and click Post.

Optional: Add council members to your DAO. Council members are DAO members with control over specified actions. Choose the options allowed to be executed by council members, set a quorum, threshold, and input the addresses of council members.
Congratulations! You've just made a Community Token DAO!
Create a Community Token DAO using an existing token
Follow the steps below to make a DAO using an existing CW-20 token contract address.

Click on the plus sign on the left side of the screen and select Community Token DAO.

Input a name for your DAO and upload a logo. Click Next.

Select Yes, find my existing token and input your existing token contract address. Click Next.

Define your threshold, quorum, unlocking period, and vote duration parameters. Click Next.
After creation, general parameters can only be updated using a DAO configuration proposal.

Optional: Add council members to your DAO. Council members are DAO members with control over specified actions. Choose the options allowed to be executed by council members, set a quorum, threshold, and input the addresses of council members.

Enter any social media links you wish to add. Click Next.
